Refund policy

Typically, all sales made through our online store are final. If you receive the plant you requested safely and in good condition, we do not accept requests for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

However, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or otherwise unacceptable plant so we can work with you on a solution. Please send pictures and a detailed description with your concern to info@eborchids.com, and we will get back to you within 1-2 days.
