Shipping policy
For Shipments:
We only ship Mondays and Tuesdays using a 2 or 3 day service.
PO boxes are not accepted.
We may hold orders in inclement weather including temps below 20F and above 95F. We will pack shipments with as much insulation as possible, and will automatically include heat packs in all order between October to May.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
We will communicate with you if we expect any delays or issues with your order.
We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of flower spikes, buds, or flowers on plants, though we will do our best to pack them well. As such, we cannot offer refunds or replacement for buds or blooms that are damaged in transit.
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving any damaged plants so we can communicate a solution – send a detailed description and pictures to info@eborchids.com
Note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for plants that arrive safely/in good condition.
If your plant does happen to arrive with damage or in bad condition/dead, please kindly give us a chance to work on a solution with you before leaving negative/unfair feedback.
We only ship to continental US states – we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, California or US territories.
Tax is based on the buyer’s state and local tax laws/rates, and will vary based on delivery address. Tax may be applied to shipping charges, where required.
We are a certified nursery with the USDA and New York Department of Agriculture.
Potted orchids are shipped in media that contains no soil - plants may be potted in bark, moss, clay, and/or rock. Mounted plants are mounted to bark or plastic.
For Local Pick-Up:
If you would like to pick-up your order, an appointment is required - we will not accommodate pickups without an appointment or prior communication. Please contact us to set up a date/time for pickup, and please bring your confirmation email to show at time of pickup.
A bag or box will be provided for your order, but you may bring your own container if desired.
