Aerangis hariotiana

A unique species native to the Comoro Islands between Madagascar and the Eastern Coast of Africa. 

It's known for producing inflorescences lined with very small orange flowers. It blooms in the spring and is a compact grower. 
It has a similar growth habit to small phalaenopsis species and when not in flower could be easily mistaken for one! Plants do best mounted and kept in high humidity - don't let them stay dry too long. 

Provide shaded conditions and kept light moist - don't let them stay dry too long, but also not soaking (media should have the same dampness as a wrung out sponge). 

Blooming size plants recently mounted to bark.
