Paphiopedilum appletonianum
Paphiopedilum appletonianum
A small, intermediate-warm growing species from China, southern Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
It's flowers feature greens and pinks, and bloom from tall spikes. The petals take on a unique shape and sometimes twist backwards.
It's an easy grower and will do well in warm temps, kept consistently but lightly moist, and given moderate lighting.
Blooming size plants in 2" pots.
